Pros

The staff is mostly great. You're very likely to make new friends. The people who work there have a good amount of experience for a younger crew.

Cons

Management on all levels cares very little about personal schedules. Your un/available will be given next to no consideration. You have to threaten to leave if you want your schedule to be somewhat stable.

Pros

Literally none, it sounds like a fun place to work, but it's not, it's terrible. I did not meet a single person there NOT A SINGLE PERSON who was happy, or didn't talk about their desire to quit or was looking for a job. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Cons

The managers don't care about their employees, I was sexually harassed an d I reported it and no one gave me the opportunity to file a complaint. They brushed me off and just apologized for my experience. They are money hungry people. They have no souls and hearts. They are unethical and shady. Every employee is miserable, underpaid, overworked, and unethical. DO NOT WORK HERE. There has been like 20 people that quit just while I worked there for 2 weeks.

Pros

There is a great sense of teamwork. Employees get discounts. Service charges help all hourly employees to earn a little more money. Great place for a young person to start a career. Pay is okay for intro level managers and hourly employees.

Cons

Open every holiday....Christmas Eve until midnight! There is no real work life balance. Odd hours, work on day off and sacrifice vacations days. Disorganized corporate office which is cancerous for a growing company. Dealing with negative clientele on a regular basis.
