half off employee discount, upbeat environment, good benefits for full time staff, helps you expand your customer service skill set

Cons

managers don't work with your schedule, if you cannot come in they do not care you have to find someone to cover your shift or you have to come in, when your scheduled to get off you don't leave to maybe 2,3,4 hours later. Rude staff, many of the workers are incompetent and we're not properly trained.

Friendly coworkers most of the time. Great staff who are all over worked

Cons

Management is awful. at least at the Lewisville location. Being an employee that was there for 6 years and was trained in EVERY department I have seen the location go downhill. Management used to be awesome and care about their employees and unfortunately it never got better. The best manager we had got transferred to a different location. The current management team is awful. Expect to not have them follow your availability and for your 7 hour shift to turn into 10-12 hours more often than not.
