you get the job you work for. so if you put in a lot of time and effort you get rewarded. people complain they are not getting raises and promotions but thats because they are lazy and dont deserve them. i put the hours and effort in the job and in three months i went from the lowest employee in one department to the highest trainer in three. the managers treat you like family and constantly employ you to be better.

Cons

can be a bit stressful on the weekend with how busy it is. on the weekend a lot of high schoolers work and they can be lazy and have a huge attitude.

Great Job for teens in school

Pros

Mostly weekend hours, perfect for students going to school during the week and to earn a little money on the side, great people (depends on location), free video games and half off everything else.

Cons

Management kind of sucks, Pay is alright if you get a lot of parties, no room to grow, just party host and supervisor if you work hard and long enough. Strict rules on dress codes and facial hair, tattoos, hair color, etc.

Thank you for your response and feedback. We do listen to these comments and have since let up on the facial hair dress code and do allow facial hair! Keep up the awesome work you're doing and there's no reason for you not to grow with us like others have!

Fun place to work but very unorganized

Pros

Food and activity discount; sales department is only open until 8 everyday but Sunday when they are open until 6

Cons

Management is chidish and unprofessional; Good people get pushed away because the wrong people are being praised; lazy employees and managers, never proactive; teenagers don't care about their job and ruin the relationship with customers; mystery shops happen 1-2 a month; inadequate Human Resources department (don't keep their word)
