Fast paced, flexible work hours, never monotonous

Cons

biased management (people who didn't do their job wouldn't get fired if they were favored), stressful, many people's first jobs (didn't know how to be professional or mature in relationships with other workers), gossipy environment

Free drinks and discounted bowling/laser tag

First off there was such a high turnover that management would do anything to get you to say including making 17 year olds managers so that they wouldn't quit. Management had favorites and if you weren't one then no matter how hard you worked (7 hours after my shift ended once!) they never noticed. Also no raises.
