Fun, friendly environment. Very welcoming environment. It is a collaborative environment. Your ideas and feedback are appreciated. Managers are willing to roll up their sleeves to help out their teams to get a job done if needed. There are opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

There aren't any cons. There are some challenges, but they are a lot easier to tackle with a service-oriented culture. Everyone seems to be open to work together to help others. Managers are passionate about creating the best solutions and tools to create a balanced and fun work environment for everyone.
