Pros

The company is built on an amazing concept, with great ideals behind what they want from their employees and what they give back to their employees. No tip out/ tip share Employee referral program Benefits after a year of employment Decent work to home life balance (sometimes they have you close and be there till 2am then turn around to be there less than 12 hours later to work again)

Cons

Individual stores have managers that can be hit and miss. For example they have a wonderful team mentality where the servers are supposed to help each other out such as adding items to tickets that don't belong to you, (other restaurants I have worked at you can't touch other servers tables) but at the location I was employed at the servers hated having things added to their tables by other servers, it set a mentality that if another table or lane stopped you and asked for something you'd just shrug it off, literally. There was a ton of favoritism at my location, and when a manager was "upset" with an employee their hours would be cut. They will have too many servers on at once during slow times, so you're stuck there making no money (because you 3.85 per hour is taken away for taxes anyway) sometimes it would be hours before I would get a table or lane. Not to mention that on Friday and Saturday nights some guests would get so drunk and disorderly there would be employees feeling uncomfortable because guests would physically touch us, and if we said anything to the guest they would just stiff us, so the options are allow the abuse or don't make money. Forget weekdays for any kind of money with tips. I would work 6 hours on a Tuesday night only to walk out $30.
