Great for Side Money

-work with some cool people -more than willing to train -great for high school students or kids looking for their first job -great food

Cons

The guests are difficult to deal with. Walkouts are more common than managers would like to admit. Unless you work in the billiards or dining area, you most likely won't make more than minimum wage by the end of a shift. Most experienced servers would be better off working at an actual restaurant with better (tipping) customers. Servers would have to work there for a long while before seeing any benefits.

Great scheduling system, plenty of hours, flexible schedule, hard work,

Cons

Too many employees not doing their job which means it gets put all on one or two people. Not willing to cross train in certain departments because they don't think you're capable so you have to do it on your own. They yell at you when you're busy doing something you're supposed to be doing because you should be doing more(they want you in more than one place).

Pros

Good atmosphere. Overall management that cares about their employees. Decent pay for most positions. Opportunities to move up in the company. Benefits even if you work part time. Your birthday is a holiday and you get paid double time if you work it. Company is always trying to improve things.

Cons

Every company will have a couple employees that you won't agree with or like but overall I don't have any major complaints.
