1 No trainings on advanced topics 2 poor recruitment practices from electronics HR 3 macro management from most of line managers 4 no growth opportunities after team lead position 5 no on-site opportunities 6 favourism in some teams

Pros

Facilities are good for the Employees. A lot to learn. Growing company.

Cons

The location is outside. The huge workload on the engineers. No onsite for software developers. Upper layered technical managers have poor leadership skills (Few exceptions are there).
