People are nice on a personal level

Cons

It's a company that has grown by acquiring numerous small plants. Management runs away from anything that has to do with employee development. No training, lots of discrimination, a lot of loss due to mismanagement, wrong decisions in taking new businesses, departments fight against each other rather than cooperating, and many more... In a nutshell, human being and logic are less valued than tools, equipment, and any other non-living assets.

Disorganized and weak management

Oportunities to grow in the engineering department. Huge turn over makes new positions available.

Cons

No overtime, lack of centralized control. Each plant is independent and management at my plant os weak. People doesn’t work as a team.
