bad middle-managers, too much politics, too much focus on diversity.

- The gap between leadership and employees is huge - Higher management has no direction and they tend to interfere a lot in engineering decisions (without having any engineering background) - Terrible company culture - they're not too interested in employee issues - they'd rather replace people than change something on their end - Overall mentality is that they are not an IT company and the processes reflect that. Everything is slow and the tooling is outdated - I guess in 2022 companies cannot afford to not be IT companies at some level. - Every management decision is heavily politicized - to a point where it is not clear if they have the company's best interest - Very little (or very hard to receive) support for personal development - HR is not very helpful when it comes to supporting employees.
