      -Has a great company mission -Access to gym on-site -Has great retirement options if you plan on staying long term

      Cons

      -Pay is lower when compared to competitors -Poor management at the leadership level (work from home is abused) -Very high turnover at the entry level manager position -Union environment -Jobs are extremely competitive making it difficult to advance to the next level in your career -dull outlook of new products

      Pros

      you get a nice fancy title that you work at a global pharmaceutical company.

      Cons

      I joined with expectation that you would be exposed to, and learn about, a pharmaceutical corporation world. If your position is non-pharmaceutical (e.g. admin), however, HR doesn't help, severe micromanagement within the team and no recognition or respect for your hard works.
