- Being a foreigner, I experienced racism and clear discrimination. It stems from leadership and HR is actually useless as they are influenced by the leadership, especially UK HR.
- It is not a meritocracy, there's a widespread "kiss up, kick down" culture and you need to be able to play the game to get promoted, instead of focusing on actual science. Maybe this is a US company culture thing since my colleagues in other European competitor companies don't experience this.
- Feedback for leadership is asked every year an literally no changes happen. Why? because nobody cares and if it's brought up, you are punished.
- On the surface, diversity and inclusion is important but dig a little deeper and see the truth. Nobody cares about this, it's actually all a show. Just look at the leadership team it is nearly all white.
