Pros

Most of the people are nice, the two yearly company parties are nice. If you have a good manager, you will be fine.

Cons

Company full of politics and processes, they don't care about the employees, no real flexible time if you work in agile, agile is badly implemented in some teams, most of the managers are really bad in their jobs.

Pros

Great place with amazing people, skilled and communicative, global assignments. Perfectly organized, very interactive and open environment. Opportunities to move in different teams and u will LEARN so much!

Cons

I cant think of anything. Love this place. For some people it could be that u actually travel a lot. But even this u just communicate to ur manager and they try their best.

Pros

None I can think of. There are better companies.

Cons

- Being a foreigner, I experienced racism and clear discrimination. It stems from leadership and HR is actually useless as they are influenced by the leadership, especially UK HR. - It is not a meritocracy, there's a widespread "kiss up, kick down" culture and you need to be able to play the game to get promoted, instead of focusing on actual science. Maybe this is a US company culture thing since my colleagues in other European competitor companies don't experience this. - Feedback for leadership is asked every year an literally no changes happen. Why? because nobody cares and if it's brought up, you are punished. - On the surface, diversity and inclusion is important but dig a little deeper and see the truth. Nobody cares about this, it's actually all a show. Just look at the leadership team it is nearly all white.
