Really bad culture and management turn a blind eye. People treated awful by others, so they can move up the food chain

Nice, new offices, good pipeline and products, a top pharma company with good reputation

Cons

Very poor human resource support, very competitive environment with a lot of ‘ will do anything to get my next job’ type of mentality. Late hours, people are let go easily and the company seems to have a bit of a crisis in defining why they moved a bunch of people to Switzerland. Not a great place to work.
