      Pros

      Great colleagues, learning environment (if you want to learn), job security when full time is achieved and great salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Some colleagues have roles that have very little impact on product or production yet feel their role and voice within the organisation is of a higher level. This leads to resentment within the production teams towards some admin staff.
