      Good pay and overtime pay

      Cons

      Bullying & haressement. Majority of team contractors, so very much used and abused. Lack of responsibility in higher team members. Lack of decision making, leading to a toxic blame culture. Overworked & frustrating, work life balance non-existent. No communication between departments. Overall, toxic place to work.

      Good culture, staff tend to stay a long time.

      Cons

      Tend to retain staff long term, which can mean a certain type of thinking is selected for. Can be large variance in salaries vs ability in those with the company a long time. Development of employees focus varies by department.
