Fantastic team to work with, everyone gets along really well, etc. The work itself can be stressful but fun because of the people here. It's also cool that you can get to know & interact with your CEO and C-Suite management on a regular basis.

Cons

The company doesn't pay what you're worth unless you are very senior, and struggles to keep lower to mid level employees because of that. They don't pay well until you threaten to leave
