Some Supervisors and Team Leads are nice and supportive

Cons

Politics Everywhere. Low payments. No work life balance. No Hikes. Management Really sucks. No job Security. FYI : Fulltime means 24 hours work not 8 hr. HR People doesn't Even know what the artist mean.

They don't really care about you, they won't put you by people on your own team, they generally wont support you as a human being or check in with you, overall the company was not a good experience for a junior artist.
