Good work life balance. Good pipeline Nice location Great teams, leads and people to work with Hybrid working allowed. Less OT to do. beers o'clock every Fridays. Work on the big project! My time in MPC has been amazing. Got to learn a lot from my leads and team members. Work life balance is great and pipeline is good and easy to work with. This is a very good place to start your career.
