      If you're lucky, you work with talented and all around great people within a project.

      Cons

      MPC's quality lack is a direct result from careless and reckless management, people are leaving, important knowledge erodes. New system punishes whole teams publicly by demanding in-office work full week and a terrifyingly bad pipeline holds everyone hostage.
