Big title shows. Nothing else good to say about that place.

Cons

Poor managed. Stressed employers. Crazy OT. Very rude hiring process experiences, made me sign a contract and leave another company but in the end they revoked their offer without any good reason. Overall the worst vfx company out there that I know.

the Company wont give you any incentive or pay raise for a good job . it will give you role and responsibilities of other tittles with the same pay.
