      Pros

      Great projects and the other artists who work there are amazing so it's a great place to learn as a junior. I think it depends on the project but I didn't have to do much OT.

      Cons

      Messy upper management and low pay for people who come out of their Academy. Others seemed to be paid well though. Inconsistency on working from home/ coming into the studio when covid restrictions lifted, was quite messy and stressful.
