      For software developers work is not that hectic.you can easily manage work life balance. Work culture is good

      Cons

      Full of high level politics, because of which mental stress is loaded. Its more about politics then work. Lower pay scale then industry standards. Pathetic performance review cycle and increments. Upper management is corrupt

      If you want to be an employee number go ahead.

      Cons

      You are treated like animal and expect to work for peanuts. Long hours, UNPAID overtime. Always threaten by management. Management is clueless about the well being of the employee, aside throwing you a Friday beer. Look somewhere else if you want a better long term career.

      Opportunity to get into the VFX Industry in London and Great shows.

      Cons

      I want to warn everybody who is planning to join this company. Expect lots and lots of (unpaid) overtime. (Think about 70 hours a week) Very rude and unhuman behaviour from producers and supervisors. Making people get burned out easy and replace them with fresh blood within a blink. Feels like working in a factory instead of a creative environment.
