      You are surrounded by professionals who are willing to help you. You'll work on great visual effects movies. You will learn a lot. You will learn the right way of compositing.

      Cons

      It's very stressful specially if you're a junior. You should stay for a lot of overtime. You are underpaid and you are not sure if they will renew your contract.

      Mostly high end work. Will probably work on some good projects to build your reel. Can move up the ranks. Good kit. Young crowd. Generally nice people.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines sometimes unrealistic. Long hours. Big company so you can be a bit anonymous. Pay not the best and no overtime.
