Pros
- Get to work on a lot of big name stuff - Greater chance of landing a screen credit on a show than other studios I've worked at, but the fact that I'm listing that as a pro is kind of funny. - Get to meet, work with, and hang out with a lot of great, talented people - Production does care about you getting time off, from my experience, within reason of course. They'll let you take time off if you know you can get someone to fill in or if crunch isn't too bad.
Cons
- Pay is quite a way's lower than other places I've worked at, unfortunately - Contract times vary, but that is pretty much everywhere you go in this industry, but sometimes it feels like contracts are short enough to where they don't have to give you benefits before giving you a completely new contract, resetting the entire process.
