      Good people, great opportunities, very instable management

      Pros

      - Plenty of learning opportunities, especially on the infrastructure side of things - Good department heads and teams - Plenty of people with lots of experience - Paid OT that's managed by prod in a way that minimises the burden and impact on people's lives - A lot of women in creative leadership roles. A very inclusive environment without making any fuss about it of expecting credit.

      Cons

      - Leadership making decisions about remote work that don't make sense for the work/project requirements - Contracts upended haphazardly. - Redundancy rounds shortly after hiring waves. Simultaneously hiring and celebrating new hires, whilst making people redundant shortly after leaving stable contracts for MPC. - Became a toxic environment
