If you are looking to quickly move up in your career and get experience as a PA or Coordinator. This is the place that can make that happen.

Cons

This is the worst studio I have ever worked at. You will be forced to work a lot of unpaid overtime. If you ask why production staff are not payed overtime you will be disciplined and threatened with termination. In contrast artist get payed overtime and are allowed to say yes or no when you ask them to work overtime.

Treat you like children, which I suppose most are since they love to underpay Junior artists. As a Senior artist that has been in the industry for quite some time, it baffles me as to how MPC even gets any work, or work done. It is a backstabbing environment filled with incompetence and disorganization.
