There are some very good, talented people who work at MPC who genuinely care about their teams and moral, all while producing some beautiful work.

Cons

Management is short sighted. Salaries are bad. Moral is extremely low. They encourage junior people to enter the industry and promote them to seniors in hardly any time. My team comprises mostly of juniors and the seniors are leaving because we can't pay them what they're worth
