Pros

Some big movies Some talent people

Cons

senior management are mostly dead wood that have risen to the top. Lots of silly incentives to veil a poor enviorment. Low pay, useless pay increases if at all. Very long hours All the departments seem to be moving to India

Pros

Talented technical teams, top quality artists, and beautiful offices around the world. Easy to migrate from one office to another because of generalized + centralized technology stack.

Cons

Pay is very low in the VFX industry, and MPC pays at the bottom of the industry. Because MPC is a subsidiary company to Technicolor, managers have little control on how much they can pay existing employees.
