      Pros

      Lots of training if you are new into the industry They are always understaffed, meaning you will get senior shots as a junior, and deliver them with junior quality

      Cons

      Production is a mess, no connection with the floor. Tons of lost time and forced overtime by purely disorganization You will get fired without noticed, so if you're working here, look for a job, always have a job, and leave MPC

      Excellent working environment where one can get good balance between work and personal life. At the same time one can enjoy working on best shows from Hollywood.
