      Pretty good place to work, if you don't mind making a bit less

      Pros

      - Great place to work and meet fellow friendly industry folks - Contracts vary in length too much, I know it's a part of the beast, but it's kind of hard to keep up with bills from everywhere when you have a contract end date looming in the distance. -Free snacks and meals if you are working OT

      Cons

      - Low Pay compared to other places, my advice if you have an interview? Always negotiate your rate, and know your worth. - Upper management seems to forget just how long things take to complete, even with decent render farms and workstations

      - Disconnected childish, management - If you want a race to the bottom personified - see inside this company -,Internal engagement is facile and Kindergartenesque in the extream - No respect for the art/craft. Soul destroying and disharmonious.
