      Talented Coworkers, great office locations, great 401k matching, good health/dental benefits.

      Cons

      - Career advancement only seems to exist in the Production department - Clients are all that matter and employees are reminded of this constantly. - Salary increases are minimal or non-existent - "Time-crunch" culture is prevalent and exists on every job - Atrocious work-life balance. An employees time is never truly respected, and employees are expected to work at any given time regardless of initial job expectations. - Many of the executive staff and senior positions promote a toxic work environment - Reliance on Freelancers means that full time employees are given little incentive to stay
