MPC has a great environment with your coworkers. Great installations and in the centre of London.

Cons

Bureaucracy and bad leadership from the directives. Depending the projects, sometimes you work crazy overtime and many supervisors are really bad.

-Performance appraisal is a nightmare, you are not acknowledged for your work neither do they have any idea -salary is dead low for beginners -The conversion rate of contractual employees to permanent must be the lowest possible in this industry
