The management is terrible, with poor communication, zero transparency, low pay, and no future. The permanent contract is a lie. They fail their promises like nothing. artist is just a number to them. It's very sad

The people - talented, bright, creative, collaborative people across both creative and production.

Cons

The worst people management. Very obviously treating people like replaceable cogs in a machine, no transparency or decent communication, the worst HR team I've ever encountered. Budgets can be tight, the industry can be struggling, and you can still make a difference by just treating your people like they actually matter. But maybe you have to first think of them that way....
