Pros

- exciting projects to be part of - Super friendly, welcoming and supportive team - Leads, supes and HoD are professional, approachable and always happy to help - Crew Management kind and caring - loads of extra activities such as improv classes, life drawing, film screenings, karaoke, games nights, beer o’clock, work parties and more -international studio culture - flexible working hours Overall great place to work and grow as an artist

Cons

The minus for me is working from home especially as a new starter but for some people WFH could be a benefit so it’s totally down to the person. It’s good to have this option though

Pros

.Top notch projects. .Among the best work pipeline. .Chill place to work, subject to getting in the right team.

Cons

.No leadership/soft skills training for creative authorities. This leads to unwarranted behavior and lobby groups. Sups and leads are selected on grounds of technical skill, but they also handle people. And lack of soft skills result in a bad work experience for many artists. Although most supervisors, especially the important ones, are up to the mark, few newly appointed supervisors and quite a few leads have a glaring lack of basic soft skills. This brings a bad work experience, unethical behavior, selective advancement of employees..etc. Experienced employees are treated like freshers if they don't fall in the right team. Creative problem solving contributions never surface, simply because the artist is not in the leads good books. Open sharing of new ideas are discouraged in these teams, unless it is sourced from hierarchy. Also, the English only on the floor is a joke. Maybe artists follow that because they have to, but the Leads misuse this and create lobbies. The aspect of fair competition gets eradicated, and localites speaking a different language get preffered.
