Pros

Smart people always come around me and give me a good advice. Talking with them everyday grows me up to think more logically.

Cons

Too much workload is given to me sometimes and I am supposed to think about work every day and night which often depresses me.

Pros

Excellent place to learn and grow, get inspired by others.

Cons

End up living in a bubble with minimial time for activities outside work, however you would only go to work there if you really enjoy it.
