Pros

Good inclusive environment for everyone minorities and international students, Under the stress valuable Friendships are formed and friends become family, lots of Resources

Cons

The professors have the absolute power for a long-term torture commitment where a students life is completely ruined based on the professor's agreement to sign his thesis. If a project runs out of funding the student is the one who goes through the struggle finding other sources Some professor are manipulative and abusive verbally
