Stressful but MIT

Pros

It's an excellent place to work for researchers and you're surrounded with smart and relatively nice people.

Cons

Too stressful, I don't think they realize how much burden there is on students & researchers from low-income backgrounds and people of color; while others from privileged backgrounds know how to network and negotiate for stuff, underprivileged ones fall through the tracks.

Awesome Experience

Pros

Amazing experience to work with researchers/professors on cutting edge projects/ideas.

Cons

Can sometimes be hard to work in an academic environment where timelines/ideas/standards are a little different from how the real world works, but that comes with the territory.
