Pros

- Working with the smartest people - Very international community - Salary is above average compared to other universities

Cons

- PIs, specially young ones, will sometimes lack management skills. In my personal case I had to change groups because my old PI was extremely abusive and created a very toxic environment. This could be due to internal pressure to publish, but I think it's more related to a strong lack of leadership skills.
