      Work life balance is great! Even prior to COVID. Really enjoyed my team and the opportunity to travel to NY/Southwest states.

      Paying for parking. Limited growth opportunities.

      Flexible work schedule. Good benefits. Employee engagement is well.

      The supervisor has favorites. Office politics are high, if you're not a manager's favorite, you will not get promoted.

      Great PTO - floating holidays, accrues quickly.

      Cons

      No bonus for most employees - only ever receive 3% merit increase in salary. Not enough to keep up with housing costs or inflation.
