Amazing community and resources for those who love to learn
Cons
Cynical administrators know how cool the place is and take advantage of people's disinterest in politics to secure positions of power and manipulate you like a puppet. It's really unfortunate how petty these so-called leaders are. Most faculty are awesome and focus on their thing (thus, opening space for crappy admins).
