      Pros

      MEDEL has very family friendly work policies. Their benefits package is very good and the corporate culture is nice. It is easy to take public transit to work. Work/life balance is great - Austrians take skiing and hiking very seriously. Very international company where English is the preferred language so you get people from all over the world. They also offer German classes and health classes.

      Cons

      Pay is not high enough to buy a house in the area. Innsbruck housing is difficult to find, especially for families.

      Pros

      MED-EL offers a large variety or jobs as well as the possibility to change the position internally. Furthermore you are working in a multi-national company with the attitude of a family owned business. The company offers a large amount of benefits throughout the year.

      Cons

      In a few departments you can find employees who should not be there as their work lacks in a lot of fields, but MED-EL hardly kicks those people out and replaces them with good employees.
