-Brutal termination without any performance issues. -extend probation on the grounds of reviewing performance in a new mandate, but they do not want to convert employees into a permanent position and prefer keeping you in probation period so they don't have to give you notice period or benefits of a permanent employee but hired you as a permanent employee
