Pros
Among everyday employees and supervisors you will work with, I have nothing but positive things to say. Great people and great minds, all looking out for each others interests, success, and life balance. You will work on interesting projects, have potential travel opportunities, and gain experience across a broad range of technologies.
Cons
Executive class of the company can be problematic. Recently executed a secret coup on upper managers, laying off many long-timers without notice, only to immediately afterwards push through RTO policy, that said managers were likely preventing. Often frame objectively bad news for employees like restructuring layoffs, RTO, mandatory vacation days, etc, as exciting new opportunities, or rewards for our hard work. This, paired with 8-figure insider stock sales triggering class-action lawsuits, with employee salaries remaining on the lowest end of competitive, has lead to widespread discontent among employees.
