Flex time. If you work overtime, you bank in your hours and take them off later. Excellent benefits. Very relaxed environment. Friendly people. Very interesting projects. No slave drive mentality.

Cons

Lower pay (but the flex time really makes up for this), traffic to work is a nightmare if you want to work 9-5,
