      Pros

      Excellent benefits. Salaries are good if you are willing to do a lot of overtime. There are a lot of cool space projects. You can see one of its projects on the Canadian $5 bill. You also meet a lot of smart engineers and good managers.

      Cons

      Base salaries are below average. Like any big companies, you see a lot of office politics.

      * Working with Intelligent People - many of your coworkers will have Masters or PhDs. Most people are interesting, helpful, and great to work with. * Great family environment. Team events are held every quarter, with many family-focused events such as the yearly Playland trip * Professional Work Atmosphere

      Cons

      * Your Line-Manager is HR's representative to you. * Tasks quite often advertised on Job Postings are not what you will actually do * Technology used is antiquated * Lack of training funds (a paltry $300/year).
