      German company Decent new commers Freedom of working independently. Better than most Pithampur companies.

      Cons

      No proper system like German standards Low salary and low growth. Favouritism of certain state person Very old and saturated work force, no zeal to learn and grow, no theoretical knowledge, mostly diploma holders. Zero diversity,

      Heading into downturn and reducing production

      Pros

      Enter into an interesting company with a lot of knowledge of automation assembly lines.

      Cons

      There is little to none investments going in the company right now. At least where I am working. And I know that this is country based, but where I work is very little to non communication in other languages that German. I am not a native speaker so I would love to speak English.
