      Pros

      Enter into an interesting company with a lot of knowledge of automation assembly lines.

      Cons

      There is little to none investments going in the company right now. At least where I am working. And I know that this is country based, but where I work is very little to non communication in other languages that German. I am not a native speaker so I would love to speak English.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
