High turnover means lots of opportunities for internal growth; automotive industry can be interesting; people tend to be nice; happy to assist with relocations to other countries

Cons

Very top-management heavy, no personal meetings (all day long in front of Teams), extremely complex processes that cause people not wanting to follow them; salary is on the low side but probably in line with industry standards for the Country you're based in

After a year here I still see what a great company Mahle is to work for directly. In the department I'm in & under this administration area I really enjoy the culture.
