      Pros

      High turnover means lots of opportunities for internal growth; automotive industry can be interesting; people tend to be nice; happy to assist with relocations to other countries

      Cons

      Very top-management heavy, no personal meetings (all day long in front of Teams), extremely complex processes that cause people not wanting to follow them; salary is on the low side but probably in line with industry standards for the Country you're based in

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
