A job that pays the bills. There are some good people working there.

Cons

The UK Powertrain site: No growth opportunities, no personal development; management is outdated and unapproachable - a bunch of old & clique "mates" - no outsiders allowed. The systems in place are antiquated, and there is little interest in modernising them.
